Certainly not one of director Stephens' best, it still has some tasty bits sure to get to you. If prison sex is your thing, of course.
There's a great scene in a back-alley that's nice and sleazy (guys getting busted for sex in public is the theme running through the flick), not to mention a great (albeit stupid plot-wise) glory hole maneuver. Centering around sleazy cops and sleazier inmates, this should have been one of the director's finest hours; unfortunately the weak plot and pretty shitty production values mar it.
Still, the guys are good and beefy, the cumshots decent, and the setting is sure to make you yearn for the the wizards of HBO's Oz. (You just know Adebisi would've had these dudes as his bitches and on their knees in two seconds flat.) Not bad; it'll make you spooge.
